Kelley Kennedy, President & Owner
After ten years in administration, marketing and event planning with Microsoft, Kelley Kennedy left to start Impact! Events. Her experience managing a variety of domestic and international events provides the knowledge needed to deliver the quality of events expected by high profile clients. Her years of experience include managing large conferences, meetings, corporate and private parties and a variety of non-profit events. Impact! Events was established in 1996. Ms. Kennedy's credentials include a degree in Communications from Washington State University and the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation of the Professional Convention Management Association, achieved in 1998.

Amy Carolan, Senior Event Manager
Amy Carolan joined Impact! Events in 1998 and has more than 10 years of experience producing successful events worldwide. In her time as an event professional, she has coordinated corporate events and meetings, product launches, non-profit benefits, celebrity sporting events, weddings and private parties. In addition to logistics management, she provides creative direction and design services for Impact! clients. Ms. Carolan began her event career with private event management companies in San Francisco and Miami before returning home to Seattle. Her qualifications include a degree in Communications from Washington State University, as well as achieving the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2002.

Nicole Shay, Senior Event Manager
Nicole Shay began working with Impact! Events in March 2001. She brought four years of event planning experience including two years as the event coordinator for the Pike Place Market's Market Foundation, a non-profit foundation that raises money for the Market's human service organizations. Ms. Shay also spent two years with a Seattle-based full-service public relations firm, where she specialized in special events. Ms. Shay has a bachelors degree in communications from California State University, Sacramento and a masters degree in Education from Seattle Pacific University and has achieved the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2004.

As Senior Event Specialists, Ms. Carolan and Ms. Shay are both skilled in all areas of event logistics, including budget management, audio/visual, catering, contract review, collateral and creative development, décor, entertainment, media and sponsor relations, venue selection, and on-site execution. They have organized events in a variety of venues, and have a strong knowledge of facilities and resources throughout the United States.

Impact! Events maintains a stable of skilled professional contract event planners who are utilized as needed. We highly value these relationships and can guarantee their professional ability.
