Dress Code
Men
Shirts with collars and casual style slacks or shorts.
Women
Mid-thigh length shorts or golf skirts. No tank tops.
Club Rentals
You MUST reserve rental clubs before July 1st. Rentals club are limited, please bring your own if possible. There may be a cancellation fee if you cancel after July 15th.
Transportation
The buses will depart from the Coast Hotel to the golf course at 8:00am. Directions for driving.
7:45am Meet in the Coast Hotel lobby
2:45pm Meet outside the clubhouse
Hole-In-One
You will have the opportunity to win a new Toyota Prius valued at $25,000!
Beverages
On course beverages will be throughout the tournament via an on-course beverage cart.
Sponsors
Contact Bill Dearing by June 30 at wdearing@nwi.net if you would like to sponsor a hole. More than one sponsor will be allowed per hole. If you want sole sponsorship of a hole, ask Bill for details.
Handicap
List your handicap or average golf score for 18 holes. This helps us with the pairing of the teams.

Poker Run - $10. May buy more than one poker hand. Receive 2 cards to start with ... 5 more around the course. Prizes for 5 card high hand and 5 card low hand. Standard Poker Rules apply. 50% of Pot to WVC Women's Baketball Team; 25% of Pot to 5 card high hand; 25% of Pot to 5 card low hand.
